This is a very quick entry. My sister Claire swears on the Holy Bible and her 1 year old's curls that the Ina Garten applesauce recipe cannot be topped. She claims that this is nothing like the jarred stuff. Plus, if you have a baby you can feed it to them. Not to mention you really should get to know Ina. Her recipes are failproof.
